I booked a one hour deep tissue with Ariana and she was amazing! She applies deep but very relaxing pressure with amazing results! The spa itself is really nice and clean. The front desk folks are very professional! I will definitely be back!

Went to Hand and Stone with the intention that I was going to join their membership program. I always check my watch to make sure that I am getting the time I should get for my service. I walked in at 4:10 and was taken to the room at 4:17 for a 4:15 appointment for a 50 minute facial. I was done and dressed to go by 4:50. This is not even close to a 50 minute facial. Iâm very upset that I actually gave her a tip. I am going to contact them again and if they donât do anything about this, I will join somewhere else. I treated my 92 year old mom to a facial on her birthday.. She couldn’t have been happier. Everyone was friendly and my mom loved the woman who gave her the facial. This location in Commack was clean and welcoming!
