Very unprofessional management who makes the workplace very stressful and sometimes hard to reach sales goals. Franchised by a married couple and the wife is a witch! She picks at the front desk girls and makes them feel beneath her. She also calls and harasses the front desk about her husbands whereabouts when she cant reach him personally. Sometimes the waiting room is a mess and when there’s A/C issues the massage rooms are hot so the customers complain. Everything was about SELLING and not about valuing the customer.
