I went here to get a massage and was hassled after it was over to get into a membership. I was told by the lady at the front desk I could cancel at any time. NOT TRUE! I did not wish to use the membership any longer after multiple bad massages and unprofessionalism. I was told I could not cancel, only freeze my account. So, I froze it. It was frozen for 6 months. I called back after the 6 months to freeze it again and asked to just void and cancel my contract. I was told I could not until I paid a full years worth of dues. I told the lady what I was told when I first signed up and she said that was not correct. The only way to get out of it is a doctors note saying massages are not recommended for me. Needless to say I am not happy about this as I was mislead from the beginning.

  I had a gift card enough for a massage and a facial. I had them done on two separate days. The message was rather awkward and uneven. Not terrible though. The facial on the other hand was one of the best, if not the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Kaitlin!

  The customer service here is fantastic. They always know me by name and treat me kindly. More importantly my massage experience has been fantastic. Alisha is fantastic and always sends me off with far less tension and neck pain than I go in with. She finds knots that I don’t even know about. I will keep coming back as long as she is there.
