Unprofessional Therapist And Rude Front Desk
If I could give less stars I would. Woman at the front desk is incompetent, lied about giving me and my husband a credit for a massage that was absolutely terrible. My masseuse hardly used any pressure and my husbands scratched him repeatedly with her long nails. When we asked them to please do more pressure and not use so much nail they didnt change a thing. They do have some good people working there but overall I would rather go to someone independently after all of this. The infrared sauna barely gets hot and the place is tacky and old
My wife and I were in Santa Barbara for s few days and called a couple places looking to each get a massage. Massage Green was the most helpful and informative on the phone than several others. The girl my wife spoke to was very accommodating worked to find us 2 masseuses that could get us in at the same time . My wife also took advantage of the sauna after her massage.My massage did exactly what I wanted it to, relaxed me, in fact, I fell asleep twice. My wife called her massage, the best massage shes ever had. Neither one of us can remember our masseuses names, hers was a male, bald, tall, mine was a lady with short grey hair, very friendly.

Ive had two massages at this location and can say that both were outstanding! I arrived early to both, and while waiting for my appointment time I was able to wait in a very comfortable massage chair, the masseuse met me in the lobby and greeted me politely and professionally. The rooms are clean and very welcoming, and the massage beds are comfortable. The masseuses are skilled and professional, completing the massage and offering me water. Would highly recommend this location.

It was nice. They let us put down what areas we didnât want to be touched in and what areas to focus. Got a couples massage with my boyfriend and he was nervous since heâs never had one but he loved it and has been asking me to get another one soon.
