Doesnt Work With Local Locations
If you sign up in a location this app wont connect to your account. You have to download this app and create an account here, then tell your location what your account is. I signed up in-store and now nothing connects so I cannot order anything through the app or Ill pay full price without any member benefits. I tried to contact them to fix this, but they dont have customer service. They tell me to visit a local branch, but the local branch doesnt have access to the app database because the kids who work there arent app database experts. So now I have an account I cant use and an app I cant use, and it hasnt even been 24 hours yet as a customer. Im quitting and deleting the app since this company is disorganized and the onboarding experience as a customer was horrible.
Why Require Credit Card Info
Ive been a. Massage Heights customer for several years now, and I pay a monthly membership. After each massage I pay for any amount that isnt covered by my membership credits and then schedule my next massage. Im never asked to pre-pay for the next appointment. I downloaded the app and tried to use it to change my next appointment, because I had a scheduling conflict. I was able to cancel the existing appointment, but I on trying to schedule the new date and time I was prompted to enter my credit card details. This didnt make sense to me because the app said I had enough credits to cover the appointment, plus Massage Heights already has a credit card on file for me and Ive never had to pre-pay before. I feel my credit card is safer from being compromised the les#i have to give the details, so it just seems dumb for the app to require credit and details to change my appointment.
